13. Returns

If you need another size or you’ve just changed your mind, you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to exchange your order. ODE currently only offers an exchange service in Greece and EU.

Unfortunately ODE does not offer refunds – all sales are final. We can swap your order for another size, item or a gift card!

Your order must be posted back to us in the same condition that you received it – unworn & unused with the original tags attached. Please also make sure the item is packaged well so it doesn’t get damaged on route to us!
Please note, your exchange may be refused if the order is sent back to us after being worn, washed or damaged.
